Integrative Insight Into Human Health
Health & Life Approach
Within the conceptual framework of Health & Life, health is understood as the expression of a regulated system in which physiological processes, daily habits, and life context interact continuously and shape overall functioning. Symptoms reflect the functional state of this system and show how the body responds to internal and external conditions.
In this context, disease is defined as an alteration of regulatory mechanisms. Certain processes lose efficiency or coordination, resulting in observable changes in how the body functions. Analysing this dysregulation allows the identification of the factors involved and guides interventions with professional judgement to restore physiological stability.
Meet Olga
Founder of Health & Life
Olga has a strong background in health sciences and psychology. From a young age, she developed an interest in different schools of thought that explore the relationship between psychological processes and the functioning of the human body. Over time, this interest has expanded into neuroscience applied to wellbeing and, more recently, epigenetics.
Over the years, she has developed her professional career in diverse clinical settings within an international context. This experience has allowed her to integrate different perspectives and to understand health beyond a fragmented approach.
Health & Life emerged from this path, a project focused on health promotion, prevention, and the dissemination of knowledge about how the body and mind function.
Health & Emotional Services
Individual Health Support
My work is intended for individuals and professionals who seek a deeper understanding of health processes.
These services are particularly relevant in situations involving persistent physical symptoms, emotional strain, or health concerns that require a broader and more integrative perspective, as well as individualised attention. They can also serve as a complement to conventional medical treatment.
The work may take the form of individual sessions, longer-term programmes, or educational resources.
