What I Do
Health & Life brings together a small number of services oriented toward health promotion and the support of people facing persistent health symptoms, emotional strain, or complex health situations.
The work is organised around the three pillars of the project and is carried out through individual sessions and structured programmes. These sessions may integrate different forms of work, including resources from psychology, personal reflection, and, in some cases, elements drawn from the arts and the humanities that help facilitate expression and a deeper understanding of personal experience.
Below you will find the different services currently available through Health & Life.
Core Methodological Pillars
