About Me

My Background

My name is Olga and I am a health and psychology advisor and the founder of Health & Life.

Early in my career, I carried out home visits to people living with chronic illnesses. Most of them were elderly individuals living alone who often faced health problems that made everyday life difficult.

During these visits, many patients spoke openly about their lives. They shared their worries, their memories and the difficulties of everyday life.

Over time, I began to observe small changes in their general condition. Some even showed a gradual improvement in their physical state, even though their medical treatment had not changed.

Gradually, I came to understand that these conversations were also part of the healing process.

This experience led me to question to what extent health can be understood without taking into account the psychological context and a person’s life circumstances.

From that point on, I began to explore fields such as neuroscience, epigenetics and the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.

Health & Life grew out of this trajectory.

How I Work

My work is based on the principle that many health problems cannot be explained if we focus only on the symptom.

For this reason, during the sessions I analyse the situation that may have led to the development of the current problem. I explore the person’s health history, life context, emotional processes, and how the body has responded over time.

Depending on each case, I define how to proceed. This may include metabolic and nutritional guidance, psychological counselling, analysis of habits and life context, as well as strategies aimed at improving physiological regulation.
