About Me

My Background

I’m Olga, founder of Health & Life. I have worked in the healthcare field for more than eighteen years, across different contexts and countries.

From the very beginning of my professional path, I realised that human health was far more complex than what I had been taught.

I especially remember the first years of my clinical practice, when I carried out home visits with people living with advanced chronic conditions. Most of them were older adults living alone, without a close support network.

During these visits, we often had long conversations while treatment was taking place. They spoke to me about their fears, past experiences and the difficulties of their everyday life.

Unexpectedly, after a few months, I began to observe clear changes in their physical and emotional state, without any prior modification to the prescribed medical treatment.

Some colleagues asked me what I had done differently. I did not yet have a theoretical answer, but that experience made me realise that active listening, human connection and dialogue can have a significant influence on the overall outcome of a treatment.

That concern became the beginning of a long search which, over the years, has helped shape the Health & Life project.

How I Work

My work is based on a humanistic neuropsychological approach.

The nervous system does not respond only to what happens inside the body. It also responds to everything a person has lived through, their lifestyle habits and the length of time certain patterns have remained active.

Stress, beliefs, emotional burden or prolonged situations can leave a mark on physiological regulation. For this reason, I do not view symptoms as isolated events, but as part of a broader biological context.

The aim is to understand how certain patterns have been established and how they may be modified with precision.

This work helps identify the factors that affect biological regulation and may support a more complete and sustained recovery of health.
