This project moves away from the fragmented view of health that still prevails today to adopt a more integrated, circular model of health. Well-being is not understood as a fixed objective, but as an ongoing process aimed at restoring coherence between physical and mental reality, while sustaining vitality across all stages of life.<\/p>\n
The body is understood as a regulated system where habits and environment interact continuously. Rather than focusing solely on \u201ccuring\u201d isolated symptoms, the aim is to strengthen the body\u2019s capacity to adapt and to restore its functional balance. In this context, health becomes a concrete foundation that can support a more stable and conscious way of living.<\/p>\n

Olga has a strong background in health sciences and psychology. From a young age, she developed an interest in different schools of thought that explore the relationship between psychological processes and the functioning of the human body. Over time, this interest has expanded into neuroscience applied to wellbeing and, more recently, epigenetics.<\/p>\n
Over the years, she has developed her professional career in diverse clinical settings within an international context. This experience has allowed her to integrate different perspectives and build a more comprehensive understanding of health.<\/p>\n
Health & Life emerged from this path, a project focused on health promotion, prevention, and the dissemination of knowledge about how the body and mind function.<\/p>\n
